✔ When buyer places an order, our store will ship it out from Shenzhen or HongKong, boths of the cities are located in China.
✔ We ship as DAP. Delivered-at-place .simply means that the seller takes on all the risks and costs of delivering goods to an agreed-upon location. This means the seller is responsible for everything, including packaging, documentation, export approval, loading charges, and ultimate delivery. In delivered-at-place agreements, the buyer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination.
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

✔ Estimated delivery time:
- 6-12 working days for Middle East
- 5-8 working days for Asia
- 5-12 working days for Europe
- 5-8 working days for North America
- 7-15 working days for South America
- 7-10 working days for Oceania
- 8-20 working days for Africa
✔ Shipping methods
- 4PX, DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, EMS, Post etc. And we're able to ship the orders to customer's freight forwarding company if they're in China.
✔ Shipping fee
- Our store offers 2 ways for shipping, Standard and Expedited, Standard is free of charge for most of countries except for Africa, if clients needs urgent shipment additional fees will be incurred.
