ZTE G5 Ultra Begins Preheating: World's First AI 5G FWA, Released on April 11st

On April 7th, IT Home reported that ZTE has started to heat up the world's first AI 5G FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) product - ZTE G5 Ultra, which will be officially released on April 11st.

The ZTE G5 Ultra, as the flagship product of the new generation 5G FWA, made its debut at the MWC 2024 Mobile World Congress. This product is based on the analysis of underlying device behavior and network applications, and uses multi-dimensional AI network algorithms to achieve network policy control and bandwidth optimization. The official claims that the bandwidth utilization efficiency has been improved by about 20%, and the network blocking rate has been reduced by about 30%.

The ZTE G5 Ultra is equipped with a 13dBi gain antenna and uses ZTE's latest AI antenna algorithm. The official claim is that the high gain beamwidth is increased by about 50%, the network speed is increased by about 20% under weak signals, and the signal coverage range is increased by about 25%.

IT Home learned that the G5 Ultra is equipped with Wi Fi 7 technology, supporting 6GHz/5GHz/2.4GHz tri band access, with a peak speed of 19Gbps, and supporting new Wi Fi 7 features such as 4K QAM, 320MHz high bandwidth, and MLO.
