Overview
9to5shop promises to provide you with a “14-day Unconditional Returns Service” after the receipt of your order (as determined by the date of shipment delivered). You can return the products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unconditional Return
If the following situations occur, the buyer can return the item unconditionally:
● The color of the product does not match what is displayed on the website;
● The product design does not match the website display;
● The appearance of the product does not match the website display;
● The technical parameters of the product do not match those displayed on the website;
● Buyers don't like this product
● Buyers bought the wrong product
● Product malfunction
● Product quality defects
● Other situations not listed but affecting the buyer's experience
Available For Re-sale
Please make sure that the item for returning is in a condition that it can be sold again with original package.
● No damage or stains on the products.
● Product remains unused.
● In resell-able condition.
Return Criteria
Please make sure that your order meets the above criteria for Accepting Returns.
European Union 14 Days Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Delivery Charge
Unless the product is flawed or any quality defected, all returns orders will be charged 10% as a restocking fee, and the charge will be deducted from the total refund amount which will be revealed on the “Return Request Confirmation” email.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refusal to return goods
Under the following circumstances, we will not be able to process your returns:
● Products not meeting the criteria for “14-day Unconditional Returns”
● Significant changes in appearance
● Damage caused by human factors
● Internal parts lost
